Mystery

„… to stand in wonder and realize, ‚I don’t know‘.“
(found somewhere)

How beautiful it is, this little ‚I don’t know‘. It seems to me like one of the finest expressions in language. And it is deeply, truly revolutionary. We are constantly claiming that we know, but who dares to admit, ‚I don’t know? – I don’t know this, I don’t know that. I don’t know myself, I don’t know you. I don't know what is right or wrong or true. I don't know anything.
So, do „I know that I don’t know“? even this, Socrates couldn’t know. So maybe he knew. Does knowing nothing mean knowing Nothing, No-thing? Is this the only knowing truly possible? (And does this make my head want to explode?)

I don’t know. So may I stand in wonder...
